"Where to begin!! I have been in home with no water, no bathroom or working kitchen for over 3 months...which means friends shower, weekly trips to the laundramat, etc. I had another plumbing company here to camera the line, and gave me a very expensive estimate for work to be done. None of that work included fixing the original problem of a plugged sewer line. Finally I had the presense of mind to call GILMORE!! Yesterday I had 2 very knowledgeable employees come out go through they entire problem and solution and given an estimate that was fair and doable. Today Johnny came out and did the work from start to finish in a fantastic timely manner. So HAPPY. Showers for me in my home, clean laundry daily and I can now move forward with the rest of my home reconstruction projects that occured from the original water damage.
