I was waiting for my kids to go back to school to get all of my carpets cleaned. They got pretty dirty this summer with all foot traffic coming throught. Jim our cleaning tech was friendly and honest. The carpets came out beautiful and soft. He gave me quote on cleaning our kitchen tile & grout. We scheduled the cleaning for next week. Thank you Jim!

We also did our best to assure you that you are welcome to keep us informed as to the condition of the challenge after the second treatment and would return for a third time if necessary; no stains are guaranteed to lift, but we have done and will continue to be responsive to your needs. They were great, really funny and really professional at the same time! My house smells good again and the only stain that didn't come out was due to a bleach spill that I knew was permanent. It cost a little more ($30 more) than I expected but it was understandable, I didn't expect to find a 'favorite corner' for my dog either, so they treated it and the smell is gone even a week later. See you in a few months!

My carpets look great. Coit cleaned my carpets over 6 months ago and the stains came back almost the next month. It's been over a month now and my carpets still look great. I would recommend their work. And will most likely have them back next year.

We have a puppy who has been busy leaving his signature (peeing) on the bedroom carpet. Rather than charge for each spot, Jim offered a set price which saved a lot of money. They were quick and did a good job.
