Not only does he have a great personality but he was on time and is so precise with how he cleaned the carpets! Daniel made sure to answer all my questions and did a better job than any other Carpet service I have ever used. The CleanPro system is great because it isn't the traditional way to clean the Carpet by soaking the carpet and creating "mud" under the carpet as he explained :) The carpets were very lightly damp and dried quick. The products are safe for pets and kids. He took his time and made sure he covered every inch of the Carpet.
