We needed gutters replaced on our house. When we spoke with Ron about the quote, we needed to get the gutters painted before installing on the house. Ron was able to deliver the gutters so we could get them painted before installing. The other companies we spoke with weren't able to accommodate us. The gutters look beautiful and shows professional workmanship. We would hire Ron and team again should the need arise.

The estimator was punctual and thorough, the crew that installed did a wonderful job, cleaned up afterwards and honored my requests to be careful of the plants. I highly recommend Josh Matus from SC Home Repair. We needed to have a ceiling replaced in a closet after it was damaged by water. The plumber who originally fixed the leak cut out the ceiling to fix the leak, but was not able to reinstall it. We hired Josh to replace the ceiling. He did an excellent job. He was punctual and polite, and kept me looped in on the entire project. He got my sign-off on all of his decisions and ran pricing by me when he needed to buy supplies. He knew exactly what he was doing. Josh finished the job quickly in two days and did excellent work while paying attention to detail. I would certainly hire him again!

We worked with Brother & Brother for a full downstairs remodel including rebuilding a bathroom. Daniel, our project manager, is so responsive, always available by email/ phone/ text to discuss things that would come up. We kicked off our project right when COVID-19 shut downs started and so it took a long time for the city to approve our plans, but Daniel was resilient and checked in frequently throughout the process. Once we did get started on the work, we were so happy working with Daniel and Byron, our foreman. Byron and his team were diligent, detailed and true problem solvers. Proposing solutions or nuances that we hadn’t previously anticipated. Further, the crew was timely, respectful, very diligent about COVID regulations, and making sure the entire work area was clean every single day. We anticipated not having access to a whole floor in our home would be a hassle but ultimately it was a minor inconvenience thanks to all of the team’s efforts. Ultimately we have been so happy with the work done by Brother & Brother - and we recently hired them for another project in our home and can’t wait to get started!

Work was finished relatively quickly - we did have a few delays due to a minor misunderstanding. However, Paul, the owner, did a great job keeping us updated on the delay and communicating next steps. Our needs and concerns were heard, taken seriously, and responded to quickly. All Seasons ConstructionI picked up this company because I saw one of their staff members working on a house when I was walking by. I was very impressed by what he was doing. After I called the office, the manager Jeremy came to my house several times to assess what needed to be done. He is an excellent guy. He did a thorough assessment and explained to me what the plan would be and gave me some suggestions. He was very honest and openly discussed with me what options I had. Besides needing to install the drainage pipes and pump, he also suggested connecting the main drainage pipes to the tool shed trench, because the tool shed trench had no outlet. Before the project started, when I had questions, he always responded very quickly and he updated me frequently when they would start the project because their schedule was very tight. During the process, the workers are excellent and very efficient. They did an awesome job. When they started this project, I also wanted to add another project to add concrete to my side path. Jeremy came again and did another assessment and gave me a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied with what they did for me. In the middle of the process, when the first Lead Foreman had a medical problem, Jeremy tried very hard to arrange the second Lead Foreman to come help. I was very impressed. The whole process ran very smoothly. I highly recommended this company. No matter their field workers or the office workers, they are all very nice, professional, and efficient. Oren and Eden from SOD Home Group were the ones we signed our contract with, and they are the ones that supervised the entire remodeling project. Eden did an amazing work, and she gave us the perfect design while Oren did a great supervision on the daily remodeling job. Dry Tech ConstructionDry-Tech Roofing was the only roofing company I could get out on such short notice after I had a roof leak and ceiling collapse in my house after heavy rains. They were extremely professional and showed up exactly on time. After examining my roof, it looked like I would have to replace the entire thing, which unfortunately, is not in my budget (newly divorced with single income and just purchased the house from my ex). Jeremy worked with me and came up with an excellent compromise for repair and did an excellent job on the work. Work was completed within 5 days of the original appraisal! His team was very professional, and he even did the work while I was sleeping indoors for an overnight shift at the hospital. He and his team did such a great job, on such short notice, and didn't even wake me up from my much needed sleep. I am so thankful for this roofing company!! All others were booked out for a month at least and required at least a guarantee of at least $10,000 worth of work. I will always recommend and use this company in the future. They have been beyond incredible, and took an incredibly stressful burden off my shoulders!! FIVE STARS!!!- Robyn N.
