"First of all let me start saying that Mila and Crew are awesome people you can trust/rely on. We had an existing rotten staircase with so many cracks . They removed and replaced with red wood materials . They asked for the requirements and were very good and fast in understanding what we wanted. Their work was perfect. They not only completed it in the scheduled time but also did a great clean up after the job. I asked them to seal the railing and they did together with the sanding including which was not in the initial scoop of work. "They started each day at 8:00 AM and worked until 5:00 or later. They were very polite and professional. The lead person George would explain what they would be doing each day and then perform the tasks. The deck looks like it is brand new and the redwood has the original color and grain. Note: the bill included 4 hours of setting the deck screws so they could sand. Otherwise they performed to the bid."
