"Brian was wonderful in communicating with me about the job. His questions and responses prior to doing the job were perfect and assured that we could get the job done and in a timely manner. He sent Jesse to do the work at my mom's house. Jesse was great! He was courteous, professional, friendly, and truly cared about doing a good job. He was also super clean. "Went well for a while and than they just stopped coming we got ghosted by them. They called off a few times for COVID and never showed back up they cleaning was ok but as time went on things would get missed like moping the bathroom floor around the toilet and he would use to much water o. Tile floors turning grout grey. My floors were not sealed so I fell that was bound to happen with a large amount of water used on floors. Wish they would have let us know they were quitting. That was unprofessional"

"All demo work went well. Everything was scheduled and went mostly as planned. I had other contractors working during the time Efrain and his crew were there and Efrain was very accommodating. With jobs this size things will never be perfect or go as planned but Efrain is knowledgeable, responsive, and worked to ensure we were happy with our remodel and worked hard to meet our timeline. Efrain quotes a fair price and follows through with what he says he will do. He is experienced, a good listener, and provides solutions to almost any problem put in front of him.
