Roland the owner accommodated my timeline of replacing the floor while I was out of town. They discovered a problem left by a previous contractor and they were ready with a reasonable fix. The deck looks awesome and while we replaced the same size and shape as the previous deck, it looks so much better due to workmanship and little details that you don't get with a standard track build. We had a large - very hard working crew at our place as the work progressed. Besides being hard working, each member was respectful and listened.
