The scope of my project was to turn my kitchen into an open concept kitchen with a big island that would house an induction range with a vent above it. This required the removal of two walls, raising the kitchen ceiling by removing a soffit and trenching the concrete to gain electricity for the island with the range. I had drawn up my own kitchen design to better communicate my vision. "They came out to do an epoxy repair and after less than six months it chipped away given the low quality of the work. They refused to stand by the work and repair it. They said â normally we put it in the estimateâ that epoxy repairs donâ t last and are not guaranteed but there was nothing in my estimate or contract or in any of the correspondence. I did some other projects with them before this which was fine but they definitely lost my trust and me as a customer given this behavior"
