Zambrano Productions, LLC - Unlicensed Contractor

He quoted a price of $400. He said he was an experienced mason and has done this many times. He is not experienced, and he is not a mason, just a handyman. The job was too much for him. He said the area needed to be prepped, but it was already prepped. He refused to do the job unless I paid him $250 more to prep it. So we agreed on $650 to do the job in three days. He demanded $300 deposit, more than the 10% that is legally required. When he prepped the first day, he ran out of material. An experienced mason would know how much is needed for the job. He did not. He sent his son to go get more and it is a different color. He did not show up the second day claiming his truck battery died. He arrived an hour and a half late on the third day, cemented 10 stones to the wall, and then quit. He said it would take another day and another $250 to finish. I refused to pay more money than contracted. And now he is calling me cheap. He damaged my property with an oil stain and did not protect the area with plastic as promised, He left a mess and did not do a good job cementing the flagstones to the wall. It took him 3 hours to put up 10 stones. He kept demanding more money than contracted. He is supposed to know how much it will cost, how much cement is needed for the job, and how long it will take to do. He did not know any of these things until AFTER he started. This job was over his head. It is going to cost me more now to un-do what he did. He took advantage of an old, handicapped lady.

We had Elvin and Vicente come out to hang a new 70inch TV for us. We wanted a sleek clean look so the guys ran new wire and installed 2 outlets behind the new TV area. They also installed our new sound bar . They did a professional job and very nice to my dogs.

Where to begin. Elvin and his crew helped us with our guest bathroom remodel. He completely walked us through every process from the design, purchasing all the way to the build and finish installation. What we loved most from Zambrano Productions was that they were always kind and patient with my husband and I despite our constant questions about the process and changes to design. They always kept a positive and â can doâ attitude. This was our first home project and I am forever grateful we were recommended to Zambrano Productions!

Zambrano Productions is by far the best handyman service I have hired. They treated my home with respect and cleaned up very good after they installed 4 new interior doors for me. Even though i agreed to white doors they had no problem repainting them blue after I changed my mind! I strongly recommend their service to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

Elvin and his guys were respectful to our home and knew exactly what he needed for the job based on photos and description I gave them. The replaced a toilet for me and also installed and new cabinet, counter and faucet . They took care of everything in a timely manner and price was reasonable. I will be calling Zambrano Productions again for our future home repairs and home improvement jobs.

On time and extremely knowledgeable about his work. We appreciate his cleanness and accuracy to finish the job on budget. He installed the schulter water proofing system and shower pan.
