I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."

Young from New Life Construction left the best impression by far, from his professionalism, renovation ideas and design, reasonable pricing, etc. I am so glad we decided to go with New Life as Young and his entire team were a delight to work with from start to finish. We received very helpful opinions regarding many aspects of the design and materials without it being overbearing, and it was helpful to see his previous projects through instagram (@newlife_construction) to see what has worked well for similar kitchens in the past. There was clear communication about everything from details of the job to scheduling and everyone was very attentive to our needs throughout. This company handled the demolition, cleanup, cabinets, countertops, overhead lighting, painting, appliance installation (range/oven and dishwasher), sink and faucet installation for us-- pretty much everything in the kitchen except the floors. They bring in separate contractors that are specialists in their respective field (cabinets, countertop, etc) to do each portion of the project so you know you're truly getting the experts at every step of the way. Even after the project was done, Young went above and beyond to wrap up last-minute issues that came up from cabinet parts that were on backorder and to this day is responsive to any issues that may come up in the future.
