After determining that the countertops were still in too good of shape to try to grind out the worst stains, Kevin applied poultices to the stains. When I removed the poultices a few days later, the stains were gone. Very happy. Would definitely call them again.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It was okay. You know, I look at the stone and it still has watermarks so I would not give them five stars. It was just adequate.

They were great and they showed up on time. They sent 3 guys out and the owner to do the job. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. My granite looks great. I had no problems with the scheduling. They were a really friendly crew and went right to work and finished promptly.

"I an sorry you are not happy as we dont service that area and i tried to accommodate you by traveling out of our area. We dont work on ladders and only do single story homes,we tried our best to do the second story with the equipment we have, you are the first customer to complain about our power washing and i will inform Angies List to specify in our next advert that it is for single story homes only.Thanks for your constructive report"

I had a real hard time getting the appointment. They seemed to want to schedule it on a day where they would already be in the area. The man on the phone seemed to be trying to convince me that the deal that I bought through Angie's list wouldn't be enough to cover all the work. I said, just do whatever I've paid for. Clearly they make their money on upselling. When they came they did the work, it was fine. My marble probably needed more work than a polish could fix. It wasn't bad, but ultimately wasn't anything spectacular -- but I can't necessarily fault them for that.

They showed up and did the job and left it clean but we had to reschedule the appointment because he forgot to write down the first one. He also pointed out a crack in our slab which we did not know was there.

The technician showed up on time. He ask if I had any special requests which I did. He then began his job where he sprayed, scrubbed and washed my house until it looked prestine. Upon his departure I gave him a tip and some freshly baked brownies.
