"We dont service this area ,i dont understand why you give us a bad report I dont get it that people can write such negative reports when we dont even do work for them,as i have stated in my replies when we do the jobs we have a high A rating ,when i talk to customers they see through these reports when no work is done. It really bothers me that Angies List allows these reports to hold when no work has been done"
