The quality of their products, I think is very good. Their service is excellent. The prices are good for the quality of the jewelry that they produce. In other words there are cheaper places but then the cheaper places have cheaper stones or the quality of the stones are not that good. So for the quality of the stones the prices are good. It has always been very pleasant, and they have an excellent return policy. If I buy something and I am not happy with it or I don’t like it they will make an exchange if it is within a reasonable time span or if I ask for a refund they would even refund it. They also give me a grade so I know what grade the stones are.
