Best granite restoration pros near Cotati, CA

"(1) Scheduling was difficult. I was told materials would be ordered within 3 days (it was 1-1/2 weeks), I was told work could begin with 2 weeks (it was 3 weeks) and I was told work would take 3 days (it was 5 days). This made it difficult to schedule other renovation contractors. (2) [Person in office] did not want me to call her on the phone and told me to communicate via email only, which slowed communication. (3) There are 2 areas with minor rippling in the laminate. It's not too noticeable, but prevents me from recommending them to a friend because it is sub-par work. (4) Worker left paint splatters all over my refrigerator, sliding glass doors, bathroom sink, and bathroom floor. Other that all of the above, my experience was good/average. Kind of a high price for the quality of work. Not good enough to recommend to a friend, but acceptable."

"They answered promptly. Completed my work very shortly thereafter. They told me what issues they were facing.( Problems from how I ordered.) Finished more then what they originally contracted for... which I appreciated. Overall excellent finished job. Thanks, Tile Guys!"

"Gavin was punctual, tidy, pleasant, and did beautiful tile work. I appreciated that he was the one who came to look at the job and also who did the work - he didnâ t hand it off to someone else. I had prepped the shower walls with Kerdi-board but didnâ t do the most level job. Luckily, Gavin has decades of experience and was able to save our tile install from being a disaster! Will be sure to call him once itâ s time to remodel the second bathroom. Highly recommend GM tile."

"From the moment my wife and I met Felipe from Amazon granite we knew we were going to use this company. They transformed our kitchen into the space we desired with true proffesionalism from start to finish. I told Felipe when he came to look at the finished job that I was almost sad that they were done because it was almost like loosing a friend. What a great company!"

"Easy to get along with. We simply picked the tile Nd grout color and Eric did the rest"

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"Alejandros did an amazing job. He was very professional and extremely hard working. He originally did a small area in the kitchen to demonstrate the process and the results. He was not inexpensive, but after I saw the process, the time and amount of effort involved and his commitment to delivering a superior result, I thought it was absolutely worth every dollar. Also, while the work could be messy, Alejandros took great care to protect the cabinetry and fixtures and cleaned up the worksite thoroughly every day. When he was done, it was like we had new floors and countertops. I would hire Alejandros again in a heartbeat and recommend him highly."

I saw examples of John's Custom Furniture and Cabinets at the 2014 Sonoma County Home and Garden Show.  My husband and I were immediately struck by the quality of John's work.  John is a true craftsman and a perfectionist in every detail!  In addition to his exceptional craftsmanship, John is a great listener.  He "gets the picture" even when parts of the project were crudely sketched by yours truly on a cocktail napkin!  He is very willing to spend as much time with his clients as needed . Finding such an artisan with this level of expertise who honors the budget and conducts himself with such high integrity is rare these days.  We highly recommend John Shannon of John's Furniture and Cabinets!

"We needed a whole Master Suite remodel, which included the master bathroom and our bedroom, the bathroom was completely gutted out and two walls were canceled inside, we relocated the toilet and shower area and added recessed lights and dimmers, they painted the bedroom, replaced floors and baseboards. Everything was pretty smooth and on time. During the work we asked for some changes and got a really fast response. We ended up spending a little bit more on items which we had to supply them because we didn't want to compromise on quality. EDI wasn't the cheapest bid but I'm glad we went with them, and I think it is a good investment in my home."
