"Isaak from Elite Concrete, is a true professional. He was flexible with the start of my job, since I was having multiple projects completed back to back. Communication was easy and immediate. I had my driveway and a concrete ramp installed at my home. The whole process took 2 days total to complete. The crew were very hard working and respectful of my home and landscaping. I had one area of concern in the end, and Isaak came out immediately, and sent someone out within 24 hours to provide detailing. The work is amazing! They removed our old grass and some soil, sprayed the area with an herbicide to prevent unwanted grasses from returning, installed a gopher/mole guard, replaced the sprinkler heads, and installed new topsoil and sod. Saul was very quick to respond to our request for a bid and was very reasonable in his estimate and final costs for the project. I can't speak highly enough to characterize his professionalism, rapid follow-up to our questions and concerns, and great communication and friendly demeanor. The project was completed on time, including installation and clean-up, and the results were beautiful."
