They did a lot of work. They began in November of 2010 and didn't finish until June, 2011. Things went well in the beginning since that was during the offseason and I was able to get hold of the supervisors or anybody. Towards the end of the time they ran into some problems getting some doors that we needed and it took 2 months. The explanation I got was, basically, that where they were ordering the custom-sized doors from goofed up the order. They goofed up the order 4 times. What they finally said was send us the doors and we'll cut it to the right size. That's the story I heard. Originally I had heard that they would only work with us and would not be pulling people to go to other jobs. As time went on, particularly in the spring when contractors typically get busy, that was a little frustrating. In terms of the work, the vast majority of the workers they sent out were good and helpful. I was very pleased with that. We feel they did a professional job and we are happy with the job. It was just that waiting 2 months for doors and trying to reach their supervisors coupled with not always getting answers or call backs was a little frustrating. I will use this firm again in the future.
