"Daniel was the most efficient and best worker I have ever hired in my life! He goes above and beyond with everything he does and takes pride in his work. Additionally, he works very quickly and the finished product is excellent. Daniel did a variety of household repairs for me both inside and outside of my home. He replaced boards on my deck, cleaned my roof to remove mold and excessive debris, power washed, repaired drywall, and hung a bathroom mirror. He also cleaned the lint trap for my dryer and repaired a gate. I am more than 100% satisfied with Daniel‘s work and give him my highest recommendation. His work ethic surpasses any worker I have ever met."

"Jim responded promptly to my order placed on Angie's List for the Remote Computer Tune Up & Repair Deal.  He cleaned up the computer remotely, which was running very slowly, and required frequent re-boots.  Computer is running much faster now.  Great service.  Would highly recommend.

"SEE UPDATED COMMENTS AT THE END.
At the initial contact the sales person review our electric usage,  the home site plan and any possible obstruction of the sun on our roof (trees, etc). He came up with and estimate monthly cost to lease the system for 20 years and immediately gave us a copy of their contract.  Once we OK it, the started the real work. We needed to cut down a tree, so as to get the most sun on our roof as possible.  After they sent out some staff to measure how much light the roof actually got.  This survey and a design of the system determined a higher price pre month than the original contract.  They explained that the salesman's quote was really an estimate and once they had the exact number of KW the system could produce the real cost was established.  (due to more expensive panels than originally specified.)
As we were about to approve the final lay out of the panels, We needed to change the layout due a future install of skylights over a kitchen remodel.   With this info,  they wanted to wait until the remodel was done.. I had to push them and say that was not reasonable, since I could tell them the location of the proposed skylights and a redesign could commence. This took a bit of pushing on our part, eventually they agreed to go forward.  The redesign was done taking in mind the skylight and an install was scheduled.
The installers came exactly when they said they would.  The lead installer noticed my marking on the roof for the skylight area and discovered that the plan he was given had some panels in the area for the skylight.  He immediately contacted his supervisor and came up with a change which would work for everyone.  The install took two days and they made sure the site was kept clean and safe.  On of the power inverters  which was installed, proved faulty and they replaced in a day or two.. We had to wait for the city inspector and power utility verify all was OK prior to turning it on of good (this took a few weeks, but they did warn me that it would, so no problem).
The system is now up and running, so far I have not seen a electric utility bill to verify my savings, but I do see the meter sending power back into the utility system most of the day time.
So on the whole they did an OK job, but one need to keep on top of them to insure thing keep on schedule and explain any items one does not fully understand.
8/13/2014 - I am very disappointed with their service support.  This is the second inverter which died. I am told that the total time needed to get the part and install will now be at least 5 week (I  hope).  I feel such an important part should be kept in stock to support their clients.  While waiting I am losing 50% of power I could get from solar generation.  They try to assure me that I have a minimum power generation guarantee, which I don't know if it will go below that or not, Still I should not have to hassle following up with them to be posted on when the repair will be done.
Friends have used an other solar company and when their inverter failed, they were out the next day and fixed it.

Screen Repair questions, answered by experts

Window screens can help keep some heat out of your home, which is one benefit of using them in summer. It’s also the reason experts suggest removing your screens in winter—so it’s easier for the sun’s warmth to filter into your home. This will keep you cozier and potentially reduce your heating bills.

Yes, you can add a screen door to most door frames. The screen should be able to fit standard-size door frames, so unless you have an unusually sized door, you shouldn’t have an issue. Just make sure to properly measure the frame. When in doubt, it’s best to let a pro take care of this task for you so it’s installed correctly.

Yes, if you have ventilated skylights, you can install insect screens on them. Insect screens for skylights cost $10 to $50 each, depending on their size and quality. Most pros highly recommend insect screens for ventilated skylights because they keep pests outside of your home while allowing fresh air inside.

Many kinds of window screens, such as solar screens, are designed to reduce the amount of harmful ultraviolet rays that pass through them and enter your home. The materials typically have UV-blocking properties. However, they may not completely eliminate all UV rays from passing through your home. Different window screens are designed for different purposes, and not all are designed to block or reduce UV rays. Do your research to make sure you’re getting the type of window screen to suit your needs.

Yes, you can replace the screen without removing the door in most cases depending on the frame holding the screen. Doors with removable spline and screen frames make it a snap to replace the mesh while the door remains in place. The best part is that it’s a simple DIY project requiring a few tools in addition to the screen material.
