"They did all of the window panes, even though I miscounted and I was just over the 20 offered in the Big Deal (I was counting windows, not panes).  The guys were friendly, fast, and professional.  The glass was sparkling!  I didn't want to pay extra for deep cleaning of the screens, but they were much improved, even with the basic cleaning.  The one area that could have been improved was the gutters.  They were very dirty and I expected them to be cleaned completely.  However, there was still a lot of dirt in them.  I can't complain too much because I only paid $99 and the clean windows were more than worth the price.

This is one of the easiest and most budget-friendly blackout solutions, but it definitely isn’t the most aesthetically friendly.

Often, window film won’t stick if the glass is too dirty; dust and debris can prevent the adhesive from working. Make sure to clean the glass thoroughly before installing the window film. Low-quality film, which may have a weaker adhesive, might also be the cause of your window film’s inability to stick.

If you’re selling your home, especially in a warmer climate, buyers are very likely to see immense value in window tinting, which improves the home’s energy efficiency and helps make the living space more comfortable.
