"Morgan called in advance of appointment to inform us that he was on his way. He removed the sliding glass door and screen and replaced, lubed and adjusted the door hardware for proper closure. He showed up when he said he would, and the work was finished on time and on budget which is very rare for contractors. He also provided thoughtful solutions to an outdoor drainage issue we had in our older home.
