"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"It went excellent! KTD did an awesome job. I’m so please with the overall experience."

"I needed an awning installed above the front door & I’m very satisfied with the craftsmanship. Dustin was very pleasant, friendly & is very passionate about his work . I would highly recommend this company for handyman repairs."

"I was impressed with the fact that they actually came when they said they would.
I feel that I may have been able to get the job done more cheaply but I'm afraid the job I would get for a cheaper amount would be a cheaper job. I think they were dependable and the job was well done.
They did use nails on the deck which is OK but I would have liked screws better.

"Took awhile to get on the schedule due to the extreme heat we had been having. Work just completed yesterday. I am hoping it will make a dent in our energy bills...we had almost no insulation in the attic! Marcus did a full energy audit with several recommendations of which I will have several more completed. He was incredibly helpful and professional."

"Communication was great, everyone on the team was great ,they got it done in a timely matter. Everything was really wonderful. They answered all my questions."

"Excellent is an understatement when it comes to Smart Choice. Installers, Jim, Austin and Richard were professional in every way. From beginning to end we were made aware of what to expect and the steps involved. Their skill and expertise was unquestionable. The end result was two bathrooms with VERY outdated tub/shower and fixtures replaced with two new tub/shower and fixtures that looked like they belonged in a million dollar home.

If you are looking at a bathroom remodel, I highly recommend Smart Choice as your go to company. Customer service and satisfaction is their goal. I give them an A+++++. Thank you, Smart Choice."
