"He went the extra mile in that when I had him clean the patio cover, he took the trouble to move a large wooden patio table and eight heavy wooden chairs so as not to have the solution rain down on them because the solution contained some bleach and would have stained them. Most appreciated."

He was on time and was an excellent communicator. He accomplished everything on my list with skill, cleaning up as he went!
