All Cal General Construcrion worked hard and made sure I was part of the process in every way. "I went with Expert Home Builders on a room addition. The big and expensive project and bog responsibility but I'm happy I hired this contractor. David and his team showed up on time and they were great from first day to end of this project. David was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He informed me about working progress all the time and contacted me immediately if there was something important. His team worked hard, kept working area clean as possible, they were professional, friendly and quick also. The project was finished ahead of schedule and results are excellent. The quality of work is superb, overall experience excellent and price very acceptable. I would highly recommend Expert Home Builders to all people I know!"

"Daniel provided a fair estimate (40% of the first contractor I called for the job) and completed the work the same day, the job was fairly small. Work was quality and Daniel ensured that I was satisfied with the end result. Would definitely hire again for jobs big or small."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

You have three options in terms of professionals who can draw up blueprints: a draftsperson, an architect, or a structural engineer. A draftsperson can sometimes draw up plans for new construction, but they more often work from approved plans for alterations or to provide 3D drawings. Architects are usually the best option for standard residential construction projects. Structural engineers might be necessary for custom home builds or for alterations that could affect your home’s structural integrity. Draftsmen cost the least of the three, followed by architects and then structural engineers.

Yes, professionals offer custom designs, including lattice tops and decorative post caps.

A designer is a great choice for remodeling projects that don’t require significant structural work. For remodeling that includes structural work like removing load-bearing walls, altering exterior walls, or adding on a room, an architect can design and execute the renovations while ensuring your home remains structurally sound.

Yes, such as using eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient designs for long-term savings.

The country's most famous Neoclassical architecture appears in major government buildings and college campuses. The White House is unmistakably the most famous example, though the Capitol Building and Thomas Jefferson's Monticello are also iconic uses of the design.
