Carpet Pro came out on an emergency to kill the bacteria that had accumulated. They also cleaned and said that Carpet Man had not even cleaned. It was still dirty. They told me that Carpet Man had a bad reputation. So why did you give them 4 stars? Anyhow so far, Carpet Pro is very good and kind."
