"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

We send our teams throughout six days per week. We have wonderful house cleaning and window cleaners who also wear uniforms. We never hire independent contractors and we are fully insured. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They charge by the man-hour and do not do the work. I paid 6 man hours to clean 3 bathroom, the kitchen, and the tile floor. I contacted the number and provided pictures of the floors and showers that clearly were not cleaned. I sent them video of their people leaving 30 minutes early without even checking with us. They even put the trash on my patio for my dogs to rip up! The person who only sends texts from 949-735-7503 did not care at all and refused to make it right. Spread the word and share your true rating. Warn people about this fraudulent company."

"Awful. I was under the impression I was paying $160 for 6 hours, the left shortly after 3. I explained over the phone that I was able to dust and vacuum myself but I needed help cleaning 4 ceiling fans, washing down walls/doors, mopping wood floors and tile floor in den. I offered the appropiate cleaning items but they were refused. They cleaned ONE of FOUR fans. I explained that the tile in the den should be mopped with clear water or with a tiny drop of Dawn in a bucket. This instruction was ignored. After they had left, I noticed a wet spot on the tile in the den--no problem. I took some paper towel to mop it up and when I did so, the towel was BLACK with dirt. Obviously the same bucket of water that had been used thoughout the house (now filthy} was used in the den, dining area and who knows were else. I spent the rest of that day and most of the next day cleaning my floors! Needless to say, I don't recomment Euro Latina Service."
