"After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. Pete charged the exact fee of his initial estimate, and even came out for a second visit the day after initial repairs in order to run a dedicated line to our pool pump (which was not part of the initial bid). His colleague spent a fair amount of time troubleshooting a short circuit in our garage and guest house, and repaired those problems with new wiring. He even loaned us a 50 amp cable to feed a subpanel in our kitchen during construction -- for free -- with constrction scheduled to last 4-6 months! Super impressed. Will definitely us Aardema in the future.
