"Jose did a great job cleaning our off-white carpet. We had had a hot water slab leak resulting in a large soiled area in our dining room. We thought we might have to discard the carpet in that room. After replacing the soaked pad and having the carpet reattached to the tack strips by another vendor, we had Jose clean the carpet. He did a fantastic job, and there is no residual stain. No one would ever guess that we had had any problem with our carpet. In addition, we had him clean the carpet in the rest of the house. "Great, very fast and very clean. My only concern was the carpet seemed a bit wet after. So be prepared for the extra drying time if your carpets are extra dirty as mine were. Even so I would only do deep steam carpet cleaning for my home."
