Installed new water heater& arranged for haul away of old one; replaced door hardware & locks; replaced broken garbage disposal; installed new window treatments; small drywall repairs & paint touch up and assisted with maintenance inspections with tenants. "I wish I could give Nick Kane 10 stars! He was amazing. I was shipped a TV that was scratched which we discovered just as he was about to install. He gave me a ride 30 miles to Costco, I exchanged it, he gave me a ride back home and finished the installation on the new TV that same night! And he did it all with good humor and a smile on his face. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He did a FANTASTIC job!!!"
