"Yes he did do my job correctly. I needed his upper body strength to take a heavy plasma tv off the wall and he had the strength and carry it to the back of my van. He admitted to me that it was heavy."

"Alex did a fantastic job! The wardrobe was large and heavy and he managed to put it together quickly and efficiently. He also helped me to cut up the shipping boxes and fixed another small issue on a credenza I had trouble with. He was accommodating and I recommend him very highly! Thank you Alex!"

"Well, this was an early Christmas gift! Found Dylan through home advisors. He promptly called after we sought a handyman to replace our fireplace mantle. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Dylan promised to stop by to finally estimate the project. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings. Really excellent work. We would definitely hire him again. Patrick"

"They showed up early; kind and respectful of my older home with very old plumbing. Definitely hire them again."

"Ray and his crew are professional, courteous, conscientious, and efficient. Very fair prices and I would recommend him highly to anyone. Very skilled in all areas of the trades."

"Bob is great to work with. He communicates clearly, sets expectations for timing and costs and regularly exceeds those expectations. He is a joy to work with. I picked deck installation which he did, but he also replaced doors and windows, repaired cinderblocks, got us a new roof, and did landscaping work and other jobs at our house in Dillon Beach. I highly recommend Bob and Precedent Construction."

"He was wonderful. Very professional and went beyond what I expected. He was very careful and very fair priced. I love that he is local and they worked together getting the painting of the kitchen and dining room done so quickly. I am so happy with all they did, even getting an electrical switch fixed that had been wrong for years. I will be using him for all my projects!"

"Amazing workers. They did some difficult tearing out of an overgrown dense hedge and made it seem easy….im so glad I hired them, they are going to do another project for me!"

"I really like Ramiro and his company. He provides quality service and is always available. He is fair and honest for his services. He is absolutely priceless..."
