"First time a slab leek was repaired by diverting water lines, second time a sewer pipe leak in the living room wall between studs were fixed.  The sewer line leak was "fixed" by the insurance  in such a way, that one side of our living room wall should have been moved by several inches.  AAP ( Anthony Pouliot) repaired the leak within an our in such a professional way, we did not need to move the wall, saving us thousands of dollars.
