Even the bid itself included each step to be performed so that I understood the cost of the job, which itself seemed to be a very fair price. The work that I needed done was very small in comparison to the much larger jobs that I'm sure Cunningham Construction is known for, but they still made me feel as if I was a big customer. They were very punctual, safety cautious and reported back to me daily, almost as if I was their boss. And I should also mention, they kept the jobsite cleaned up at the end of day.
