Install great, conversations about job HORRIBLE! The owners took zero responsibility for their actions and words. They could not even attempt to clean up their mess with the conversation rather they jacked up the price different from the quote. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER!!
Tenant had children. John did respond relatively promptly. I thought the installation of the roof top unit was casual as relates to roof drainage and permanence. The unit works fine.
It was great. Everyone arrived a bit early. I had hired them only to move the fireplace insert, but since there was a three-hour minimum, they also helped me install a security door. I was really glad they did so, since the door would have been a major pain to install by myself.
