The inspection of my home built in 1960 went very well. We looked inside, outside, attic, garage. Pete was very detail oriented, and his explanations and answers to my questions were easy to understand. He identified some outdoor outlets that would be better with GFI receptacles, otherwise everything looked reasonable as in safe. Good peace of mind at a very reasonable rate by a personable gentleman. Definitely recommend.

I want to be careful not to sound as if I've been paid to write this! I am a sixty five year old female living in a house built in 1978. I do many things on my own, but when it comes to electrical I'm lost. Pete is a rare find. Someone who completely knows what he is doing and goes the extra mile to make things better. He helped me decide where to install portable A/C in the basement and then put in a new circuit to support the power needs. He also put in another electrical outlet and then before he left he fixed my bathroom fan and got rid of an unused but live outlet in my garden. Great guy. I will never call anyone else for electrical. Pete is a gem.
