After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."

He was nice explaining everything to a girl who is not very great with anything that involves outside but he took his time and explained everything . I asked if he did other work such as sod work which resulted in me redoing the backyard. He took his time and did an amazing job. He communicates with you about every step and gives you a great quote. On top of that he was very friendly and sweet. I have had a lot of work done on my house including having my front yard done, which I would not recommend that person to anyone.
