"First of all we got a fast and professional quote from Warren. He is a very knowledgeable guy, and he made some great recommendations four this project. He was super patient as our HOA took forever to approve our project, and it took us months to get everything ready for the pergola to be installed. The delays were all on our part, but Warren was patient the entire way. The whole while, Warren occasionally checked in and held his price for us in the contract. Once it was finally time for us to have the pergola installed, Warrens crew was on site within just about a week or two. The crew was outstanding; courteous, professional, and careful. We decided not to purchase an awning period. They came to do the estimate a year back. We were just looking for a quote for an waning. We were debating whether to put an awning on the back of our house. I think that their prices were reasonable.
