Bruce was very professional. He promptly came out, gave us an estimate to recover 3 awnings with a material called "Sunbrella" which is used on boats and will hold up better than regular canvas awnings. We needed that material because the material was black and we were afraid of sun wear.
Bruce came back exactly as scheduled, installed the awnings, and, while on the roof, fixed a few tiles with silicone that had been broken the week before by workers who pressure washed the roof. Great guy, very professional. Gave us some advice about the underlying hardware that saved us from paying extra to repaint that hardware.
