Rigo kept us updated every step of the way regarding the status of delivery. Once we received the door, Rigo completed the installation exactly on schedule and did a very professional job. Not only did he do a great job on the installation, he also added and painted custom framing inside and outside that we requested. The craftsmanship was excellent. When Rigo was doing the installation, my wife notice a small tare in the screen from the manufacturer. Rigo removed the screen from the frame and replaced it with a new one during the same visit. Originally, we spoke to a number of contractors, including some from Lowes and Home Depot, but I am so glad we decided on Rigo. He did a fantastic job from beginning to end and was always very cheerful and pleasant, even when we made additional and unplanned requests. "Had these guys do a sliding door for me. The quality of the door and the install are fine however the work was a bit sloppy (I had to do quite a bit of touch up painting) and my outside lock did not arrive as ordered. They set up an appointment to fix the lock three days later and after waiting several hours they informed me they didn't have the part. Another day wasted. They finally fixed the problem 5 days later. The work is fine but I can't say my experience was solid given their hard sell about the professionalism of their company. There were lost of apologies but overall very frustrating."
