We provide full design and construction with one owner a licensed architect and the other owner a licensed contractor. Al of the design work is handled in house and we provide full architectural and engineering. Acting as the general contractor, the construction work is sub contracted out by us with a watchful eye on the progress ensuring the best quality and closest adherence to the design as possible. Billing is typically twice a month for construction and monthly for design services.
