"Horrible experience, the employees were very poorly trained. They severely underestimated the time to do the job. They sealed holes in vent screens with big globs of unsightly goo. The crawlspace access door wouldn't stay closed do they pried a stepping stone out of the garden and used that to hold it closed. They spit sunflower seed shells all over, including on our front porch furniture. They vacuumed the old insulation out of the attic but there was a leak in their system and it spewed old insulation and rat droppings all over the inside of our garage and on open storage shelves, and they didn't clean it up. They only apply blown-in insulation and our ducts are covered with sheet insulation, so they didn't remove that insulation or the rat droppings on the tops of the ducts. I could go on...."

I called him three times in the same day because he was willing to try to help me over the phone instead of just taking my money. Then we set an appointment and he was on time and covid19 appropriate. He service the air conditioner/heater and then told me what to do in the future to service the air conditioner/heater on my own. "Terminix is beyond unprofessional and does not care about customer satisfaction. I have had a flea issue in my yard for weeks and it continues to get worse every time they come back. I’ve asked to speak to a branch manager 3 times over the last two weeks and no one has ever reached out. Merced branch is a joke. The technician shows up for 15 minutes to treat almost an entire acre of property?? How is that completed in just 15 minutes. Will never go to Terminix again I recommend you find someone else."

"We initially contacted TGI for a new wood fireplace insert. They helped us through all of the steps as we needed to remove the existing one and replace the rock front and hearth. As you can see the finished product is beautiful. Highly recommend! Bob (owner) and Cody did fireplace install for mine. They kept the area clear and clean and were able to get the fireplace installed within the day once the rockwork was done. Having young children it's incredibly important who I invite into my home.
