Best grout and tile cleaning pros near Arleta, CA

"Amazing transformation of my shower. The wall marble tiles were sanded polished and sealed and now look brand new. The grout was cleaned, mold killed and removed and some areas needed grout replaced. What Guillermo did I didn’t think was possible. He and his assistant were nice, courteous and there was no mess left behind. His charge was very fair especially for the beautiful result."

"Very thankful to have old tiles and grout cleaned and repaired"

"Great work done at promised time frame, reasonable price. Victor and his crew are very professional and friendly. Kitchen was cleaned after work; all appliances were moved back in place. Definitely would hire this company for my next tile projects."

"I was able to make an appointment an appointment easily over the phone. The cleaners arrived as scheduled, having called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. The odors and visible stains were completely removed."

"I found Edwin Vasquez on the internet when I was searching for tile and grout cleaning. His work was very professional, extremely competent and paid great attention to NOT dirty my tile and wooden floors and left my home spotlessly clean. I would recommend him without any reservations. He shows up on time and works diligently to do a super 1st Class job."

"My house is nearly 6000 sq ft. so I always get several estimates before making a decision. Again, I called several companies and Eran was the most thorough in his assessment of what I needed. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

"Great customer service. They cleaned my carpets, couches and I had some tile and grout cleaned too. Overall great experience and great value. I would definitely use them again!"

"Excellent, they both took their time to do intricate cleaning on both our rugs & tile. They also confirmed exactly what we wanted & how they would be cleaning. Thank you."
