"The process took only two days. One the first day 8 workers were at my house at 8:13am to remove the old sprinkler system and dig the trenches for the new system. At noon the crew was trimmed to 4 workers and they completed the installation of the sprinkler system. The company providing the sod brought it by truck two days later at which time 2 worker installed the sod. The owner of the company showed me how to work the timer with had been installed in my garage. They completed the installation of sod that day and also programmed the timer for me. The lawn looks GREAT!!!! I appreciated the professionalism and work ethics of all of the workers and the owner."

Since the installation, I have called and left messages with questions or requests 3 times, with no response. I additionally referred him to a neighbor, who also got no response to his message of interest. Cipriano is clearly very knowledgeable, and very personable. However, not returning phone calls just isn't professional, and for this reason I can't recommend this company. It's a shame. If it wasn't for that, I certainly would."
