"Due to an old shower valve and failing galvanized pipe behind existing shower tile, we had an ongoing leak issue. We were very pleased when Redo House assessed the situation and told us that the leak could be fixed and the tile could removed and reinstalled after another provider had told us the tile was not salvageable. We were impressed that their team went into the crawl space under the house and confirmed there was not water damage and provided photo evidence-all as part of the initial free estimate process. On the scheduled day, the team replaced the faulty valve, pipe (with copper), and re-installed the existing tile. You can virtually not tell that the tile was removed--very clean work. They also cleaned up some of the other tile that had mold growth and re-caulked areas where the glass wall was leaking and not sealed correctly with the floor pan. Our "like new" shower now works beautifully!"

"I bought the deal from Angie's list for carpet cleaning for 4 rooms. Gary contacted me a few days after I bought the deal to set the appointment. He was on time on the day of the cleaning. He came into the house and took a quick look through the house and explained what will happen to get the carpet cleaned. They even helped to move some furniture out of the way. The deal did not include the stairs so that's added cost. We also had our rug washed as well for additional cost. My house is so clean now! Yay!"
