"Kyle was prompt and professional and the finished work was awesome! I needed both a house and a duplex painted and he did a fantastic job! The house had rotted fascia which he took care of by replacing it and painted the house 2 toned just as I requested. I would totally hire him again and recommend him to anyone wanting a great job done for a good deal!"

Small jobs welcome

"Whiskey Row Handyman Services sent Mike out when I needed lighting and a few other things put in the house we just bought to renovate. In just about two hours he was able to hook up fans in every bedroom, add lights throughout the house, run a few outlets and even caught something our home inspector missed on the electrical panel. Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking to have things done quickly and right!"

"Chris came out and redid the drywall where it was damaged, then reworked the multiple holes from the drapery rod. He did a great job filling the holes, applying texture, painting and making sure the new rods were level. The job looks great, was done swiftly but well, and he cleaned up after himself! ALRIGHT, CHRIS!"

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

Yes, most states require a plumber to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations. Check our state licensing tool to review the local plumber guidelines.

As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification, which include:

  • The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check

  • Required to have applicable state and local licenses

  • Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review

  • Paying to advertise their services

  • Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi

Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.

All U.S. states require permits for gas grill installation, so you’ll have to get one before you move forward with your project. Permits help ensure that the gas line runs safely to avoid gas leaks and explosions. Gas line permits can usually also only be pulled by certified plumbers, which means you’ll have to hire a professional from the start. The permit for a gas line installation for a gas grill usually costs between $100 and $300. You can contact your installation company or building department for more accurate pricing.

Propane sales companies typically offer propane delivery, tank installation and maintenance, grilling refills, and emergency support for supply interruptions.

The difference between a built-in and regular grill is installation and design. A built-in grill is integrated into an outdoor kitchen or structure, often within a countertop or island. It is a permanent fixture. A regular grill is standalone, portable, or cart-mounted, allowing mobility and versatility in placement. Built-in grills are typically larger with more cooking space, while regular grills come in various sizes. Built-in grills are favored for creating a custom outdoor cooking area, while regular grills provide convenience and flexibility.

DIY is not recommended due to safety concerns. Professional installation ensures proper connections and compliance with codes.
