"Terrible experience. Told it was $150, with no other information other than they will be there between 2 & 5pm. We thought we were getting our whole chimney cleaned, turned out to only be the most basic of cleanings with just a shop vac. I could have done that for free myself. The guy was so extremely pushy and asked us 8 or 9 times if we were sure we didn?t want the $450 service. Terrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"I hesitated to ever do this review because it was so long ago! But AL keeps sending me requests for review and since I think this is what we go on Angie's List for - to determine who is reliable, professional or not I decided to do this review! They were very nice people, they did a good job in cleaning out chimney and not making a mess. So I also had them do my dryer vent which exhausts up and out through a vent on my flat roof . I thought it would be simple to accomplish! However, he pulled the vent cover off.. instead of trying to find a way to unscrew or ???? and when he did so, he ripped it out of its mooring and cannot be put back on properly. and since I had foam and elastomeric roof coating this was ripped out of that coating and left a big gash of open foaming! Next time it rained... leaked into the ceiling of bedroom below this. I had stated when he was doing it... you can't pull that off there it is imbedded in the roofing! So I feel that this was not a very professional decision on his part to see this was going to be and then chose to pull that off there and thereby create the leak issue!"

"highly recommend staying away from Arizona Fireplaces. We just spent $5k on a fireplace that we can not use because it blew the breaker. We were never told that we would need a dedicated wall outlet. Just had Hobaica come out and to do this work it will be an additional $1500. We are beyond upset and displeased. If we would of known this ahead of time we would have not purchased it. AGAIN STAY FAR AWAY FROM ARIZONA FIREPLACES."

"They were great and they did a good job at first. They cleaned it out They were supposed to fixed the fireplace because it was not lighting. So, they serviced it and a couple of weeks later it was not lighting again. I called them and they were going to come out in 2 days but never showed up. i have called them repeatedly to try to reschedule but they don't return my phone calls. So I am out of $225 and my fireplace doesn't work."

Even though you don’t look at your roof often, there are some telltale signs that you should have your roof professionally cleaned.
