It was great experience! the scheduling for the appointment was very prompt and flexible to our need, our repairs were performed without issue and at a good price! The technician is very polite and honest about the situation. recommend!

Called Killian at 12:20pm. Plumber arrived at the house at 3:00. Everything back to normal. Plumber was pleasant and professional. Would definitely use then again for plumbing work. Have previously used them for furnace tune ups.

They are great.  My only complaint is that they are very expensive.

Howard is great at diagnosing, the problem.  He has a vast familiarity with these machines and saved me buying an entirely new furnace (which I was told I had to do with another company) and ordered just the part I needed.  Great experience.

They are on time, and they don't give you a long window to wait. They wear booties when they come into the house. I would trust them to come in even if I wasn't home. The crew has been with the company for a long time, they seem to keep their people around and treat them well. They are very well spoken and easy to understand.

It was kind of an emergency situation, I've called about 5 companies and they were the one who showed up first.

I found them reasonable and honest and I've been using them for ten years now and I have never had any cause to doubt a recommendation that they've made. The people that they send out seem very skilled and knowledgeable about their work which is nice and very professional. I bought a new furnace and an air conditioner from them for all the right reasons at the right time. They were very honest on why I needed a new one and I actually confirmed that what they were saying was actually accurate. They had plenty of opportunities to screw me over and they never did. Their response time is very good. They obviously have an emergency service but I don't use them but I usually get them fairly quickly when I need something. They are very knowledgeable and professional. It's the only company I would consider using honestly.

We found a hot water heater leaking around 10 pm. We were able to turn off the water and wait for service the next day.
VJ Killian contacted us first thing in the morning (no emergency call back was available), and we were able to schedule for two water heaters to be installed in the same day!
Two people showed up - on time and got to work immediately. All of the work was done within a few hour time window as well.
Very happy with the work and was pleased to find out that the cost was a bit higher, but because the units they had suggested were of a higher quality. I am willing to spend more to ensure that what we get is better than builder quality.

They were professional. Came on time. They charge per 15 min increments after the first hour, so saves money. The outside faucet job wa shard, and the plumber had to call in his manager for help, but they didn't charge us for the manager's time.Called them for a followup and they came immediately and fixed the issue. Didn't charge us for it.

I have used them before.  I believe they are reasonable.  They are friendly and easy to deal with.  They are usually here ahead of time.  They are excellent.  Their pricing is about average.

The VJ Killian worker showed up when they said they would and unclogged the drain. He finished in 1/2 hour. I don't know what their hourly rate is but charges were $147 for labor and a $30 "rod charge". I asked about the rod charge and he said it was customary when using their rod equipment. I was surprised about that extra charge. I expect things like that to be included in the hourly rate. However, $177 wasn't too high and I am happy that they came out the day after I called and got my kitchen operational again.
