Poor service, period. The guys did nothing but try to sell me new cleaning gear and after two weeks of "cleaning" the pool still was not fit to enjoy. After about the 5 excuse I chose to terminate our service with them and I will never look back. Aloha is not a wise choice.

Overall the cleaning experience, service and price was the best I've seen and dealt with in years and years.
