They suggested replacing the three leather panels with vinyl, and it came out great! The vinyl looks and feels just like leather. The color match is almost perfect. The next day, I noticed that one of the hard plastic trim panels (the one with the controls) on the seat had not been installed properly. I brought it back and they fiddled with it unsuccessfully for two hours while I stood there. They tried to tell me it was already broken when I had brought it in, and that they couldn't fix it. I had to get stiff with them, and then they told me to drop it off the next day, and they would make it good. It took only two hours on that day, and now all is well. They were very nice about giving me rides home and picking me up.

The main concern was the vinyl back did not exactly match the shade of blue of the leather on the seat and arms. The workmanship was beautiful and the chair is more comfortable now than it was previously. The shop was not conducive to conducting business...but they are moving so ideally you wont walk into their work room in advance of their office (the way the current building is configured there was no other option).  The gentlemen working spoke predominately Spanish, but the office staff were bi lingual. I would recommend their workmanship, despite the lack of polish in their presentation.
