"Jose was prompt to return my call. He and his two man team came out the next day for my rush request, gave a very reasonable estimate, and preformed the job right then and there. I asked that some shrubbery be trimmed and some weeds be removed. I explained that the weeds on the side of the house next to the street were the responsibility of the HOA, but Jose did them anyway and didn't charge us for them. He said he did it because it just bothered him knowing they were there. Now THAT is service. They left my yard in immaculate condition and carted off all yard debris, and didn't just blow it into the street. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again."
"Extremely conscientious. I've seen this company work with other really well-maintained properties in my neighborhood, but now I have seen their work for myself and I am sold. Great value and really top-notch people, very skilled."
"Memo has been our landscaper for over 7 years, he and his staff are reliable, responsive and dedicated to being sure you property always looks pristine. We highly recommend his service."
"Willie was prompt, courteous, and did a wonderful job - everything he said he would do. We have since hired him to do more work on our yard, including installation of a water line, planting a tree, and removing unwanted plants. We have also set up a regular maintenance schedule and hope to have Willie install a new watering system next spring. We are very happy to have found someone who takes great pride in his work, is very fair, and reliable."

Vinegar cannot tell the difference between weeds and desired grass types; it kills everything it touches. Only use a vinegar or vinegar-based solution if you are relatively confident that you can navigate around the plants and grasses you want to keep. Also, don’t spray vinegar on a windy day, or it will blow onto other plants.
There are several ways to kill poison ivy permanently. The trick is to keep it from coming back. Herbicides and natural remedies are highly effective for killing existing poison ivy plants. However, plant and root parts left behind can easily create new sprouts that turn into full-grown plants. The only way to permanently get rid of poison ivy is to be patient and diligent until all traces of the plant are dead and gone.
Yes, if your home is poorly maintained and has weeds and overgrowth, it can affect your home appraisal and lower the value. Home buyers want to see a well-kept home, and if yours lacks curb appeal whether inundated by weeds or not, you could be neglecting the potential for it to reach its full value.
A spot herbicide for weed control is effective at killing crabgrass and not grass, but it depends on the type of herbicide. Always check the label to ensure that your herbicide is safe for grass but tough on crabgrass. Overall, spot treatment is ideal because it puts fewer herbicides into the soil, which can damage the soil. If you’re wanting a natural remedy to crabgrass that also won’t harm surrounding grass, you can also hand-remove crabgrass or even pour boiling water or 5% vinegar over crabgrass as a spot treatment.
Weed control applications usually cost around $100each for a standard-size yard, and most professionals charge between $30 and $60per hour for manual weed removal. Your total is affected most by the size of the weeded area. Some weed service companies offer weed control treatments, selective herbicide spraying, and manual removal and upkeep as part of a package, costing around $600 annually. You might pay less if you hire the same company for other lawn services, like flower bed upkeep, aeration, overseeding, and pesticide application.
