Taking some bags of trash for us since they were removing the old roof anyway. Offering to do something so simple really made an impact on me. 3. Working with a painter, stucco repair and general contractor to be sure our project was finished perfectly. 4. Making suggestions we never thought of to make our home more beautiful and then helping me locate the ornamental items unrelated to the roof. 5. "Todd was awesome. He responded the following day and was able to do a temporary repair until we can have the installing contractor return under warranty to make a complete repair. Todd identified a larger issue with the gutters which we would not have know about had Todd been less knowledgeable about gutter installation. He also was able to show us that the gutters were clear of debris and not clogged. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced, helpful, and friendly. We will be using him again and highly recommend him."
