"We HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRACER WINDOW & DOOR!! FANTASTIC Window Company!! Honest, Reliable, Knowledgeable, Conscientious, Superior Workmanship, Competitive pricing… I could go on and on. Chris and his crew did a fantastic job installing 13 large New Milgard Ultra Nail Fin Windows and Converted two Large Milgard Ultra Arcadia Doors from Flush Fin to Nail Fin. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with another Window Company we hired to install 14 Windows and two Arcadia doors two years ago (Milgard Ultra windows and doors). That company measured ALL the windows wrong and destroyed our home installing them improperly. They refused to correct their mistake and make it right. We recovered some of the money from the ROC although the final awarded amount was short many thousands of dollars needed for a proper fix. We interviewed over a dozen window companies to do the job right. No one was comfortable taking on our job because of the damage that was done from the previous company. Chris was concerned too but willing to take on the challenge. He went above and beyond to research what was needed to do the job right which required properly sized windows, removing all the retro fit windows, cutting out the old damaged window frames, repairing the damaged/missing moisture barrier as well as cutting out two Large Arcadia Doors and convert them from Flush Fin Doors to Nail Fin. This all required cutting out Stucco and Drywall. Although his company did not do the Stucco and Drywall repair, he helped us find someone that did a good job. Chris sized all the windows correctly and his Crew took great care with the new windows. They were very careful removing the old windows so not to cause a lot of damage, very carefully installed the new windows, making sure EVERY window and DOOR was installing level and square. They cleaned up each day before leaving so they did not leave a mess behind. They were very kind and respectful. And the price was very reasonable. We wish we have found them the first time and will be hiring them for more work in the near future. We HIGHLY recommend TRACER WINDOW & DOOR!!"

"I had DaBella replace my roof in February of this year. In terms of the roof itself they seemed to have done a good job. However, there are a number of reasons I would not suggest hiring this company. The salesperson was very friendly, and explained a lot about roofing. However at the end of the visit put a high pressure (masked as friendly) twist to making me agree to go with their company on the spot. Some things that were promised... fast service, great clean up, and better materials then anywhere else. Of these, the fast service was delivered, but the other two and more were not. He said all of the materials would be cleaned up afterwards. I have been finding nails and roofing materials around the perimeter of my home ever since, I even stepped on one the other day triggering me to finally write this review. They shared a sample of the product they use under shingles instead of tar paper and went on and on about how much better it was. I found a piece in the debris left at my home and it tore exactly the same as tar paper. Their customer service before the sale was incredibly attentive, and there was a lot of fast communication. After the sale it has been close to zero. My biggest complaint was that I changed the color of my roof to black. They have you sign a no painting clause, which I did. When my solar panels were replaced they did not change the color of the electrical piping on top the roof to black, and left it brown as it was with my old roof. I wrote to the salesperson about it, and there was no response. I told the woman who came to check on the quality of the job, and there was no response referring my complaint about the issue. I emailed customer service, and some time later did receive a call but it was not clear it was even related to my email. I finally gave up. Even with the no painting clause, the right thing to do would have been to very quickly and very easily take care of such a simple job, after I payed more than $30,000 to have my roof replaced. A big company such as this should have no problem to do this. Now I am even concerned that with the 30 year warranty they boasted so much about, that I will have such a hard time getting them to fix anything that I will be stuck without help. This company is pushy, dismissive, substantially overpriced, and unresponsive after the sale. I would highly recommend finding a smaller more local company with better values and lower prices for any job you are thinking about."
