I would not recommend DaBella to anyone. We had our windows replaced last year. The windows are nice and we like them. A video showing how the windows would eliminate outside noises was impressive. That was not the case in this situation, the windows did not provide the silence we thought these windows would give us. False advertising on behalf of this product and how it was presented to us. The workers seemed competent in the installation of the windows, but they can't be trusted. There was one to three men in each room and outside. My husband and I had a hard time keeping track of them. About a month later my husband and I were going to go out when I noticed some of my jewelry was missing. Then it was too late to do anything about it. If I noticed it sooner I would of reported it. Some of the jewelry cannot be replaced. Like my husband's and my 1971 high school rings and my college ring. So...... would I recommend DaBella?....... NO WAY IN H*** ! ! !

They will harasss you and violate your privacy by allowing men to look in your Children’s windows. They came by on Saturday. I didn’t even hear them knock on my door. I went to open my door because I saw a man looking into my daughter’s bedroom window! Three people were there to offer me a free inspection of my roof and the siding on my house. I told them the first day we weren’t interested—I don’t want to buy anything. They continued to keep talking, insisting they weren’t trying to sell anything… said they’re just offering free inspections on sidings and roofs and windows, and then if I want to buy they can offer me a package… I didn’t want to be rude, so I agreed to a free quote and even offered them cold water because it was 100 degrees outside and they said they were walking. Then they told me I needed to be available for 90 minutes to let them look over my house outside… like what??! But again, I didn’t want to be rude. I already told them no but they kept on, so I said whatever, okay. But I told them I didn’t want people over here every day bugging us afterwards. They said “oh no, we won’t”… gave them my number and then a lady called me to schedule to come to my house at 10 a.m. the next day… 10:30 hit—no one was there and we just left, went shopping for a while. Then yesterday we were coming back from the store and the same lady was standing in our driveway… my family got out of the car and went inside, and she came to talk to me saying people came to our house and no one answered the door and claimed that they left me three voicemails and knocked repeatedly… (they did not call me at all or leave any voicemails). But my first thought was: why the h*** are you knocking and knocking if no one is answering?! And my second thought was: was I supposed to wait for them to come by all morning?? Because it was 10:30 when we left and they were supposed to come at 10. Then she insisted on setting up another time for the inspection. I told her no, we’re really not interested—we just want to be left alone. She said “I understand, we can come by tomorrow.” I’m like W**??? I said we can’t do weekdays,only seekends She insisted they don’t work Saturdays even though she was just at my house the Saturday before… Tried saying no again but she continued insisting so I just said “ya whatever.” The people called me to confirm the appointment. They want to come by tonight at 6 p.m. and we have to talk to them for an hour and a half, which is right when we eat dinner and give our kids baths, etc… and he’s like “we’ll sit down with you and go over all that paint swatch suggestions,” etc… The lady even told him that we needed all 5 of our front windows inspected because our house was built in 1980 and they were old windows installed with the house… which is such an odd assumption because my husband just installed new windows 2 years ago. I told the guy on the phone again we don’t want to buy anything. I even told him that I’d rather just cancel. I said we have no soliciting signs and we really don’t want people over here bugging us. He completely ignored me and just confirmed the appointment. I didn’t know what to say so I just said yes… so now I have to put up all these signs and hope they read them and just leave us alone… like why is it okay to full on harass people

I recently had the pleasure of working with Diego and Jeremy from DaBella, and I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. From the moment they arrived, both were incredibly polite and respectful of my time and home. What really stood out was how knowledgeable they were. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and made sure I fully understood my options. I had DaBella replace my roof in February of this year. In terms of the roof itself they seemed to have done a good job. However, there are a number of reasons I would not suggest hiring this company. The salesperson was very friendly, and explained a lot about roofing. However at the end of the visit put a high pressure (masked as friendly) twist to making me agree to go with their company on the spot. Some things that were promised... fast service, great clean up, and better materials then anywhere else. Of these, the fast service was delivered, but the other two and more were not. He said all of the materials would be cleaned up afterwards. I have been finding nails and roofing materials around the perimeter of my home ever since, I even stepped on one the other day triggering me to finally write this review. They shared a sample of the product they use under shingles instead of tar paper and went on and on about how much better it was. I found a piece in the debris left at my home and it tore exactly the same as tar paper. Their customer service before the sale was incredibly attentive, and there was a lot of fast communication. After the sale it has been close to zero. My biggest complaint was that I changed the color of my roof to black. They have you sign a no painting clause, which I did. When my solar panels were replaced they did not change the color of the electrical piping on top the roof to black, and left it brown as it was with my old roof. I wrote to the salesperson about it, and there was no response. I told the woman who came to check on the quality of the job, and there was no response referring my complaint about the issue. I emailed customer service, and some time later did receive a call but it was not clear it was even related to my email. I finally gave up. Even with the no painting clause, the right thing to do would have been to very quickly and very easily take care of such a simple job, after I payed more than $30,000 to have my roof replaced. A big company such as this should have no problem to do this. Now I am even concerned that with the 30 year warranty they boasted so much about, that I will have such a hard time getting them to fix anything that I will be stuck without help. This company is pushy, dismissive, substantially overpriced, and unresponsive after the sale. I would highly recommend finding a smaller more local company with better values and lower prices for any job you are thinking about.

They installed “energy efficient” windows two years ago. My energy consumption has not gone down and at the peak of summer last year, the thermometer I placed in the window red 120. Absolutely no difference between the heat transfer through the windows. Get windows from anyone else

Project Manager was told at the very outset of the appointment that I was not going to spend $20,000 on 5 windows (Renewal by Anderson quote) nor was I going to spend more than $2000 per windows. Never wanting to go off script on his presentation despite my imploring him to move it along, he just ignored me. After patiently listening for 2.5 hours (should only have lasted 1.5), he made me an initial offer of $21,000, a second offer at $17,000 and a final offer of $12,000 (more than $2000) per window. After each offer, I told him "we're done" only to have come back with another offer all of which ignored my baselines. Resistance and adamant refusal to listen to the customer to make a hard sell is poor business practice.

Signed a contract with DaBella for the remodel of my master bathroom. The remodel included: shower walls, pony wall wrapping, window kit, and wrap around our tub all in Azzurra Bay (appearance), oil rubbed bronze rain spa shower head, white shower base, semi-inflinity glass swing door, recessed caddy 10/18, and rain glass surround (replacing current glass enclosure). Contract states project will take a maximum of 3 days. After multiple errors on original demo day, the project finally starts. However, DaBella says they don't do surrounds, even though it's in my contract. They have said they'd include it, "Free of charge", but again it's in my contract. I have requested an itemized cost breakdown and have not received it. They have made promises, and not come through. So far we are on day 13 of no shower regardless of the number of emails, texts, calls, and service tickets made. Do NOT use this company. Already filed with BBB, next is AZ Attorney general and Board of contractors.

Today I met with 2 wonderful representatives regarding my bath. Quinten R and Madison B are amazing! They answered all my questions and concerns while making my project affordable which was my main goal. Dabella you have 2 gold mines in your office. Had a roof inspection with Colton and Ali. I think they go by the Italian stallions and they in fact were. They helped me find a new beautiful roof and got my financing approved at a great rate. I feel stress free having these 2 as my project managers. I can’t wait to see my new roof!

First, the sales person was very persistent and overly pushy to get us to sign a contract for the roof, which after 3 hours we did. Second, we signed a contract indicating DaBella could decide when to do the job. I received a call out of nowhere a month later from a woman, who did not identify herself, asking me, "Were the materials delivered?" What? Who are you? What materials? I asked if she was from DaBella and she said no, she was the contractor doing the roof and wanted to start the next day. The materials had not been delivered and it took another week for the job to start. The subcontractor lead spoke English but when he wasn't there no one else did. He said the job would take 3 days. After 5 days the job was not done even though there were people working every day. I called a person from DaBella who had left me his card the day we signed the contract to find out what was going on. He gave me a name and phone number to contact who he said was the local office manager. I called that number several times and waited on hold for almost an hour and didn't get anyone to answer. Subsequent calls were either unanswered or picked up by a DaBella office in another state. They took a message and said someone in my home city would call. A week later the same thing and still no one from my city office ever called. During the construction time the only person who was ever any kind of help was the woman who had first contacted me representing the subcontractor. Even then the answers she gave me rarely turned out to be correct. I didn't blame her because she was only telling me what she had been told. The roof was finally finished after 7 days but there was still debris and left over supplies in the front and back yard for 2 more weeks. A hole had been made in the large aluminum patio cover when debris was dropped on it. That was fixed to our satisfaction. Overall I would NOT recommend this company in Phoenix, AZ. Considering all of the frustration and hassle I am not even sure the tile roof was done properly. There is a 10 year warranty on the materials and DaBella backs up the work for 2 years, so we'll see.

Shayla helped us with our roof planning and helped us with prices and had very good customer service was very respectful and friendly told me all the problems with my roof and got me very good prices and other things.

Steve was excellent, gave a detailed explanation of the project and went into great detail of options and results. The company seems very capable and responsible. They are defiantly in contention for our business.

• DaBella installs GAF shingles and roofing systems which are great, do you self a favor and go the GAF website to hire a different company to install them. I am sure you will have less headaches. I used bullet points to keep this review as short as possible. • Don’t but too much stock in the sales pitch, the decking they bring is not what they show you and the amount of venting you get is what is minimally required based on what the installers decide. No engineer will come to your house. • There will no communication on their part, we received a discount for being flexible with our install date. Material was delivered with no notice and put on our roof. 2 weeks later they came into install it, again no notice even after we reached out to ask. We told they would let us know the day before, that didn’t happen. • We had an issue with the facia that needed to be looked at before they finished and after talking to the customer service department who was happy to send the message a long, and call the local rep. I had to be almost irate before I could get them to come look at what had gone wrong. They did come out to see it and finally agreed it needed to be fixed. • The roofers who come to install the roof don’t work for DaBella they are subcontractors. We purchased a lot of decking so the soft spots in our roof could be repaired properly. The roof was originally from the 70’s and we knew it needed it. We had to get the general manager out again to get them to replace the decking that was soft, they only wanted to replace the sheets that were extremely bad. • They are good at telling you what they think you want to hear. I was promised two gift cards for dinner on two different occasions. Not that I want them just another example of they don’t’ do what they say. • When they came to get the final check at the end of July there are still a couple of items that need to get done so they took our money and opened a service ticket to get the minor things complete. A week later they said they had to order the pipe boots and it would be 30 days. Here we are past the 30 days and I was just told today the never put the service ticket in and they just ordered them.

To be honest I forgot that I scheduled a consultation. Alejandro came out and showed us the products and let us know how it worked and financing options we had. Unfortunately we didn’t have the funds for the deposit so we couldn’t do it but we will be back and do it later on.

Absolute garbage, the windows and doors they install are already in a THICK frame and end up making all your windows and doors smaller. the salesmen tell you everything is made in house and they stand by their product and even offer a double lifetime warranty but when you have an issue its a circle of we dont cover that, we can give you a number to reach out to but the labor isnt covered. The back sliding door is on plastic tracks and you can see it move up and down when you open and close the door. This is the second issue I have had with the same door and the first time they to came out and looked at the door and the rep said it was broken and they would send someone to repair it, I got a call the next day stating that the rep claimed the dogs ran into the door and it was broken because of my dogs and tried to deny coverage of the cheap thin plastic roller that it sits on. This company will lie to your face and promise you everything is taken care of and rave about the warranty and you wont have to worry about anything. Yet here I am making payments on a broken screen door after being denied a second time from them. they also offer a discount on services for a 5 star review on all the main webpages people look so dont believe all the 5*s out there, those are just digital coupons

My husband and I had been looking for a quality window replacement company and we have had several vendors come out, but it just wasn't the right fit until we met with Jakob and Chandler from Dabella. They were knowledgeable and professional and we knew we would be happy to do business with Dabella.

Not good - long story.. make it short - they estimate $18,600!!! ( dimensional shingles) just to replace my 3 tab roof ( my house is 1,300 sf).. Plus before to set up an the customer representative asked me if I’m single or I’m married? How many people own my house? Excuse me- it’s not related to my project and honestly it’s not of your business…. Weird experience ever! … Anyway- stay away from this company! Waist of time and big joke!

Zoi Colter was Great and she was patient and answering all of our questions! She educated us and made the whole experience understanding and not pressured to rush through the planning process.
