"Do yourself a favor and avoid even getting a quote from Sunshine Restoration... Once they found out that I would not be using their services (due to a wildly overpriced quote which would be performed by a third-party) they quickly added "Administration/estimator fee's" to an invoice amounting to $661.56 ($165.39 per hour x 4 hours). When I said I was not going to pay for someone to come out and provide an non-competitive quote for the project they quickly turned it over to collections and in negatively impacted my credit score. TLDR: Sunshine Restorations will over quote projects then aggressively pursue their "Administration/estimator fee's" by sending it to collections after performing no work."

We are a local owned and operated full service landscaping and design company. We started in Phoenix AZ and now service all of North & Central Arizona. We have been in business for over 24 years. No job is too large or too small. Immediate response after calling & apt scheduled right away for an estimate. Estimate given was a little higher that what I expected, having no clue what tree trimming was worth, but we went ahead with it, knowing Bob's Tree has been in business for years and has a great reputation. We were thrilled with the job they did and the amount of time it took. They left the yard even better than it was before they came, cleaning up every bit of wood that fell from the trimming and a great deal of pecans as well. After watching how hard they worked and the excellent way they cleared the trees and left the property upon completion, I was glad to write the check for them and glad that we were able to support a local business. Because dryer fires are more common than you might think, it’s important to clear the lint trap regularly and have annual dryer vent cleanings.

You have two different types of air vents in your home: supply and return air vents. Your supply air vents are responsible for pushing air into your home. Meanwhile, return air vents draw warmer air back into the ductwork to condition it by removing the warm molecules from it. Both types of vents are necessary to a working HVAC system and a comfortable home.

The frequency of cleaning your dryer depends on how often you use it. For regular households, it is recommended to clean the lint trap after each load of laundry. Additionally, thorough cleaning of the dryer—lint trap, drum, and exterior—should be done every few months. It's important to pay attention to the vent system as well. Ideally, it should be cleaned at least once a year, or six months if your dryer takes care of huge loads often, or more frequently if you notice reduced drying efficiency.

Using a leaf blower to clean your dryer vent isn't a good idea. Theoretically, the leaf blower should push the lint and debris toward the exterior vent opening, helping it exit. That's usually not what happens, though. 

Instead, the lint can get stuck further in the vent, creating a blockage and making the problem worse. You need a scrubbing tool, such as the rotating brush head on a dryer cleaning kit, to push the lint out of the ductwork.
